Given how much I enjoy wakeskating, it is no wonder that I was excited about Nautique hosting the Byerly Toe Jam this past weekend at our factory. Wakeskating is an exciting sport and seeing the best wakeskaters in the world competing on the water at our plant was a thrill.

If you know anything about wake sports you have heard of Scott Byerly. Scott is not only a legend in the wake world but he is also a long-time Nautique athlete. Scott hosts the Byerly Toe Jam and our team was excited when he thought one of our factory lakes would be the ideal location to hold one of the tour stops.

Turns out Scott was dead right. The venue was perfect for world – class wakeskating and the competition did not disappoint. The competitors rode behind the new Byerly Icon Edition – Super Air Nautique 210 which was ideal for the event. Not only did the Byerly 210 throw up a perfect wake but it looked awesome on the water. The Byerly boats are definitely sick and we still have some available for sale. If you are looking for a new Nautique 210 you gotta contact your dealer about checking out this boat; you won’t be disappointed.

Not only was the Toe Jam a great event towed by an incredible boat but it was also the first professional event held at our world headquarters in Orlando. Our team was excited to host this event on our “home field” and everyone attending loved being there. The crowd had a blast at this great venue and “Dano the Mano” added to the excitement with his always colorful announcing!

We are thrilled to be associated with Scott and the Byerly Toe Jam. We are even more thrilled to be able to provide the best boats in the world for wakeskating and every other wake sport. There are few things you can do to have more fun with friends and family than being on or behind a Nautique.
