| CORRECT CRAFT ONCE AGAIN EARNS THE CSI AWARD FROM NMMA | 07/09/07 |
ORLANDO, FLA (July 9, 2007) – Family-owned boat manufacturer, Correct Craft, Inc. is once again the recipient of the NMMA CSI award. Correct Craft was recognized for excellence in customer satisfaction in the Inboard Watersports category, as part of the NMMA’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) program.
The Marine Industry CSI Awards program actively measures customer satisfaction. Correct Craft has once again achieved this prestigious honor in customer satisfaction based on information provided by consumers purchasing a new boat between April 2006 and March 2007.
“It’s exciting to know more than 70,000 boat buyers took time this past year to share their thoughts regarding satisfaction with the boats and engines they purchased,” says Terry Leitz, NMMA director of CSI Programs. “No other program in the marine industry compares in terms of the depth of consumer input and richness of feedback provided.”
Correct Craft’s President/CEO, Bill Yeargin said, “All of us on the Correct Craft team are excited to be a multiple recipient of the CSI award.” Yeargin added, “This award and others continue to demonstrate that Nautiques by Correct Craft are exceptional boats and our team includes the industry’s best employees and dealer network.”
