| CORRECT CRAFT KICKS OFF EXTENSIVE EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM | 07/05/07 |
Orlando, FLA (July 5, 2007) – Correct Craft, Inc. announced today that it has implemented a new extensive employee development program.
All new employees will go through an extended employee orientation followed by monthly training. Correct Craft is also providing a weekly marketing class, increased safety training and an intensive Lean Six Sigma program. As part of this program several Correct Craft managers are currently working with Villanova University to earn their Lean Six Sigma certification.
Correct Craft is also implementing a voluntary Saturday employee development program for those employees who would like to improve their skills. This program is designed to offer those employees who choose to participate an opportunity to develop skills that will help them further their career.
Correct Craft’s President/CEO Bill Yeargin said, “I am thrilled to be able to announce this employee development program which is part of an extensive continuous improvement program we are implementing at Correct Craft.” Yeargin added,“Correct Craft’s commitment to further develop our employees will not only help us maintain and improve upon the incredible quality for which our Nautique boats are known but also help our employees develop skills that will benefit them for a lifetime.”
