Last week I had the honor of speaking at the Grand Opening of a new facility for one of our dealers in North Carolina, White Lake Marine.

If you are not familiar with White Lake Marine they are located in southeast North Carolina and just happen to be the longest serving Nautique dealer (53 years!). They are consistently among the top dealers in the nation in terms of CSI scores and, based on the customers I met and spoke with last week, they provide incredible customer service!

For many years the deAndrade family has dreamt about expanding and they were thrilled to be able to open the new facility last week. They now have an indoor showroom for twenty boats which will be a great tool to use in improving the already legendary service they deliver to their customers. The mayor and several other dignitaries joined us for a great celebration and everyone at the Grand Opening was very impressed with the new facility.

Recently, there was another Nautique dealer who also finished a very significant expansion in their operations, Century Marine located in Mesa, Arizona.

Similar to the deAndrades at White Lake, the Bosley family at Century Marine is also known for providing great sales and service experiences to their Nautique customers. They too wanted to expand to be able to offer even better service; their family worked together and opened a new 18,000 square foot facility on four acres last April. The new Century Marine facility has an indoor showroom that can hold twenty boats with another 100 outside. They also have an awesome new service facility which will be easily accessible for their customers.

The Nautique family is blessed to include both the Bosleys and the deAndrades. We all wish them the best as they begin this new era of helping their customers enjoy the Nautique life.
