If you are like me you are really excited about winter ending and a new event season beginning! I know all of Team Nautique is ready to start competing and I am confident we will have a great year.

The ski season is already off to a great start and I was really thrilled when Nautique skiers Jaret Llewellyn and Chris Parrish recently kicked off 2008 with big wins at the Moomba Masters in Australia.

The Nautique riders say that they too are anxious to kick off the ’08 wake season with equally impressive performances.

As you might expect, our entire team is excited that the Air Nautique Wake Games will officially begin the professional wake season here at the Orlando Watersports Complex from April 24-27. The Air Nautique Wake Games is an exciting competition to watch because both pro and amateur riders are able to compete together in teams. Team Nautique riders JD Webb, Shaun Murray and Danny Harf will represent Nautique as Wake Games captains; these three along with many more Nautique athletes will compete against each other and other top riders from around the world to start the year off with a win. It will be full of exciting action and a fun weekend for all to remember.

I will be joining our athletes at the Air Nautique Wake Games as will many others in the Nautique family. If you attend, and we hope you will, please plan to stop by the Nautique booth and say hi – all of us on the Nautique team would enjoy meeting you. Also we will be giving away many free prizes including music cards, t-shirts, autographed wakeboards and iPods.
