Today the NMMA announced that Nautique is the recipient of the prestigious Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for the fourth straight year, every year we have participated. We are excited about this award since it is yet another demonstration that Nautique goes above and beyond to satisfy its customers.

Each year the Marine Industry CSI Program independently surveys actual boat customers to learn about their satisfaction levels with recent boat purchases. To receive this prominent award, participating manufacturers have to receive marks of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction during the year. Not only have our customers awarded this honor to us for 2009, but we have been receiving this award for the past four years in a row!
