This past week I was reminded again of one of the most important reasons why Nautique has been able to develop an incredible customer service reputation. We had a meeting with our dealers here in Orlando and what an incredible group of people they are! Great dealers are a key ingredient to making a boat manufacturer look good, and our dealers certainly make Nautique look really good!

During our meetings we spent a lot of time comparing Nautique boats to our competitors. We even had one competitor go to great lengths to keep us from getting one of their boats for that comparison. However, as we compared Nautique boats to the competition we were reminded of what exceptional boats we have the privilege of building every day.

As always, our Nautique team did an incredible job at the meeting. I was reminded once again of how committed our team is to making sure our Nautique customers have the best possible customer experience in the industry.

So, as we approach Thanksgiving, there are a lot of things for which I am thankful. Near the top of the list is a great team which includes incredible dealers; without this group, Nautique would not be the incredible brand it is today!
