I am writing this blog entry on an airplane after having a great time celebrating the Grand Opening of a new dealer facility at Candlewood East Marina Club in Western Connecticut.

Candlewood East has been in business for over twenty-five years, but the company recently made a bold statement about its commitment to its customers with the opening of a new facility. And, what a facility it is!

The blue showroom floor was designed to make the boats on display look as though they are floating on water. The docks, also located in the showroom, give Candlewood East customers the sense that they are getting right off the dock and into their new boats. It is an awesome atmosphere and the new Nautique boats Candlewood has on display look fabulous.

The O’Hara family, who owns and manages Candlewood East, has always run a great operation and its efforts have been widely recognized. They are one of Boating Industry’s multiple year Top 100 Dealers and it is clear that Candlewood East customers and the local community love them. The O’Hara’s as well as the entire Candlewood East team are a class act and we are proud that they are also part of the Nautique family.

Fortunately, Correct Craft and our customers are blessed with a network of Nautique dealers who share the passion and professionalism of the O’Hara family. One does not receive the recognition the Nautique family has enjoyed, including multiple CSI and J.D. Power awards, without great dealers.

Having the industry’s best boat and the industry’s best dealers it is a great combination. Both Correct Craft and our Nautique dealers work hard to make sure our customers are delighted with their boating experiences.
